Serve at the Walk for Life

Come be a part of the largest pro-life gathering in Gaston County. Even if you can't be there the entire time, sign-up, and be there as soon as you can and stay for as long as you can. Volunteers will help serve food and drinks, interact with other walk participants, participate in the walk events, light the luminaries around the walking track (each luminary represents a life saved through the work at the CPC), and help clean up at the end of the event. The annual CPC Walk for Life is one of the fundraisers that support this ministry. The Spirit of God is present in the time of music and praise as people walk laps and participate in other fun family-friendly activities like face painting, rock wall climbing, slides, and much more. Participants also enjoy free hotdogs, drinks and slushies. The Crisis Pregnancy Center is a nonprofit pro-life organization of committed Christians sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and actively helping women, men, and families in crisis pregnancy situations free of charge. This is a family friendly event. Families are encouraged to participate together. Parking is available on-site. Food and drinks will be provided to volunteers.
