We will be creating "Thank You" and "Calling Cards" cards for Hospice of Cabarrus County staff, volunteers, and families - to honor the work that they do and people they are! Hospice of Cabarrus County welcomes families and patients where curative measures may no longer be successful, but healing is still possible. Cards will be distributed to staff, volunteers, caretakers and families who are impacted by Hospice Tucker House, operated by Hospice of Cabarrus County.
