Rescue Mission Roanoke's Grocery Box Assembly

Help serve our local homeless population by serving at the Rescue Mission in Roanoke! This outreach event includes assembling grocery boxes and distributing them to families in need. The Rescue Mission in Roanoke has a simple mission: help hurting people in the name of Jesus. They do this through a variety of case management services. You can play a role in helping them meet their vision. We ask that volunteers please wear close-toed shoes and your favorite Elevation shirt or orange Outreach t-shirt. Please be at the lower level of the Thrift Store at 7:30 (across from the Rescue Mission on 4th street). This event is family friendly and parking is available in Lot E.
