Healthy Family Fun Day

Come help Breathe life into the Community Health Services of Monroe Diabetic Clinic. This free clinic serves over 7800 patients in Union County with Diabetes. Many of these patients are unemployed and have no health insurance. The Clinic provides these patients with all the tools to help them lead a healthier life. Because of this clinic the local hospital has seen a decrease of 48% in ER patients with Diabetic related health issues. Lets honor this incredible outreach partner by Hosting a community hot dog social and health expo. Families will come from the monroe area and enjoy food and gain valuable health information from the free clinic.
