Utilizing Bulk Food at Feeding America

One in eight people in Southwest Virginia are at risk of going hungry. You can help fight hunger by repacking bulk food items in the Clean Room at Feeding America Southwest Virginia. The process includes packing items such as beans and rice into smaller bags for distribution. The minimum age for quality assurance at this event is 10 years old. Orientation and training is provided at the beginning of your shift. Please wear closed toe shoes as well as your favorite Elevation t-shirt. Volunteer parking is located behind the warehouse and can be accessed from Boulevard or Electric Road. To access the building, use Volunteer entrance located at back of warehouse.
