Backpacks of Hope

Please join us in packing nutritious meal bags for students in the CMS and Cabarrus County School systems - a large number of which are from the homeless population. Backpacks of Hope is a Hunger Relief program where we pack bags filled with nutrition for the weekend when students are out of school and delivery them to CMS and Cabarrus County Schools every two weeks. We provide two weeks of meals with each delivery. Esther's Heart is an organization focused on empowering the community while providing hunger relief. Age Restrictions: 5 years and up.
