Back to School with the Smith Family Wellness Center

Join us as we help the Smith Family Wellness Center provide free physicals and vaccinations as students head back to school. We will assist with check in and play outdoor games with patients as they wait in line. The Smith Family Wellness Center is a partnership between the Steve Smith Family Foundation and Project 658 providing medical and counseling services to families in need and the awareness and prevention of domestic violence. This event is family friendly and parking is available onsite. Note that this event is located at Project 658 and not in the wellness center.
