Hot Cocoa and Cookie Delivery at Hospice

Join us this holiday season to assemble hot cocoa kits and cookie bags for patients, families, and caregivers of Hospice Union County. This will be a crafty event along with assembling food items! After we have made everything, we will split off into groups to drive to different areas in south Charlotte to deliver the gifts to patients homes. Hospice is a special way of caring for people who are living with a life-limiting illness as well as their families and caregivers. At Hospice of Union County, their goal is to help people live their last days as comfortable as possible, surrounded by family and friends. First and foremost, they care for our patients and their families. The unmet needs of those who are dying, and those who care and grieve for them, motivates their work. Their experienced team provides exceptional care with compassion. This event is recommended for Elementary School age and up. Park in the lot to your left when you enter.
