One7 ChristFit and Clean Juice!

Calling all Ladies! Join us at One7 Academy for an action packed day of ChristFit and Fun! All fitness levels are welcome to join this event as we get our workout on, and have a blast doing it- ChristFit style! One7 Academy is a school that focuses on building relationships with their students while providing smaller classroom sizes to focus on the success of each individual. We know it will be hot, so we will end the day with some delicious drinks and smoothies provided by Clean Juice. This women's event is family friendly, so ladies, feel free to bring your daughters with you! Wear workout clothing and sneakers and bring water! If you have friends or family who would like to come but don't want to participate, feel free to bring them along to cheer everyone on! Parking is at the back of the building.
