ELCM Retail Therapy

It's not your traditional retail therapy, but it will sure ease stress for our Ministry Partner, East Lincoln Christian Ministry (ELCM)! ELCM provides a variety of services to individuals and families who need a hand up during a time of crisis, including a resale closet (called 'The Closet') that offers affordably priced clothing, housewares, and furniture. At this event, you'll help ELCM sort, stock and organize The Closet for future use. Through your volunteer work, you will be helping to provide support to help those in our community who are desperately in need of finding stability and hope. The Closet is the main source of funding for the organization, and operates several days a week with the assistance of volunteers just like you! The ministry will provide snacks and drinks for volunteers. This is a family friendly event. The ministry asks that anyone under age 16 be accompanied and monitored by a responsible adult. Please park in the gravel lot next to the ministry. Look for the volunteer entrance on the side of the building. Come join us as we make a difference for people in the community who are in need!
