SPARK at Katie's Place

Sign up to serve at Katie's Place during this outreach opportunity! Katie's Place provides life skills classes, along with opportunities for social engagements to young adults in the Roanoke community with special needs. At this event, volunteers will be serving dinner (TACO BAR!!) and going bowling with the guests at Katie's Place. Since this event is right around the corner from Halloween, please come decked out in your Halloween costume. Because this event focuses on forming friendships, we ask that volunteers are in the 20-40 age range. Please park along the street or in the church office (rHQ) parking lot when arriving. Dinner will be provided. Please contact Rachel Bray at the email provided with any questions. A background check is required to volunteer with this organization, Elevation Church will take responsibility of obtaining the background check information for each volunteer. <br /><br />We ask that volunteers commit to serving at the SPARK event each month due to the goal of forming friendships. A volunteer orientation will also be expected with more information to come.
